At Blue Ruby Jewellery, we want you to love your new pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
